Our company was remodeling an older apartment building and we replaced all the old receptacle outlets with tamper-resistant receptacles. The building was built in 1985 before tamper-resistant receptacles were required, but we installed tamper-resistant receptacles anyway.

I was helping a guy trouble-shoot a problem with a 480-V, 3-phase industrial water heater.
