In order to renew your license, the Utah Department of Commerce Division of Occupational & Professional Licensing requires that you complete 16 hours of continuing education. The renewal deadline in Utah is November 30th, every two years.
The Utah Department of Commerce Division of Occupational & Professional Licensing has asked us not to send completion rosters. When you finish the course we will mail you a certificate of completion which you can include with your license renewal form.
For a fee, some courses can be reciprocated to additional states. Please call for details 1-800-443-5233.
