In order to renew your license, the Maine Electrician's Examining Board requires that you complete 15 hours of continuing education relating to the current National Electric Code. The renewal deadline in Maine is the last day of the month of the anniversary of the license issue date, every two years.
When you finish the course we will mail you a certificate of completion and report your CE hours to the Maine Electrician's Examining Board. We notify the Maine Electrician's Examining Board of your hours every business day via fax.
