In order to renew your license, the Miami Dade Building Code Compliance Office requires that you complete 16 hours of continuing education. The renewal deadline in Dade County is the anniversary of the license issue date, every two years.
When you finish the course we will mail you a certificate of completion and report your CE hours to the Miami Dade Building Code Compliance Office. We notify the Miami Dade Building Code Compliance Office of your hours every business day via fax.
For a fee, some courses can be reciprocated to additional states. Please call for details 1-800-443-5233.
